All the guys on my office floor are CS fanatics. The problem is that our manager isn’t one. She caught us playing CS and threatened immediate termination (I think she said some thing like throwing us out of the window)……. Anyways ……. She sits in her cubicle and we hit upon this idea of playing CS in windowed mode. The window mode offers two advantages over the full screen mode; its small and being a window you can alt-tab your way out of trouble.
So to help all you guys here is how to run CS in a window:
Go to options > video > check “Run in Window” checkbox
